ReturnsAt Veto, we stand behind our products. We will happily accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description

Bulky Items- Freight for Bulky Items is determined on an order-by-order basis depending on weight and size. These products will have the words "Bulky Item" in the product description. Please contact our office for freight on these items.

Delivery Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Generally, if your order is not dispatched the same day, it will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
